Bellevue 2 is a beautiful, 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom private villa house located in an ideal location in the Paradise View area. With a private outdoor pool and spacious balcony boasting beautiful views of the island and the harbor, Bellevue 2 is one of Antigua’s finest.

The space
The villa itself has two ensuite bedrooms with a king-size bed in one bedroom, and a queen-size bed in the other bedroom. Bellevue 2 is ideal for 1 or 2 couples. It has a full kitchen with all the cutlery, cooking utensils, and dishes you desire.

Bellevue 2 has its own private swimming pool surrounded by a spacious deck where you can relax and enjoy the inspiring view of the ocean and the Bay, both from the pool, as well as from the villa. Bellevue 2 has its own charming little garden surrounding the villa.

A 5-minute drive or 25-minute walk will bring you to one of the most celebrated beaches in Antigua, bustling with action and offering opportunities to go sailing, boating, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, and other activities such as boat tours around the island. First-class restaurants, a cinema, a café, an 18-hole golf course, 2 casinos, and other nightlife are just a stone’s throw away. The capital city of St. John’s is only a 10-minute drive from the villa.

Bellevue 2 is fully furnished with all amenities. After swimming in the private pool feel free to enjoy cable tv or surf the net using our high-speed wireless internet, or even enjoy outdoor barbeque.

At your request, we will be on hand to greet you on your arrival at the airport and provide you with a transfer to the villa for only $40. After showing you around, we will only ever be a phone call away to offer you advice or assistance. We look forward to suggesting great days out or simply the best places to eat. Come bring your partner, your friends, or your family and we will take care of you.

What makes for the best vacation?

A maid service that can assist you throughout the day to help in those daily musts such as cooking, doing dishes, and tidying the house. We know you just want to relax on your vacation and upon your request, we can reserve a maid for whatever days you prefer. Price to be determined.

Other things to note
A damage deposit of US$300 will be required when you check into the villa. This will be fully refunded before departure in the absence of any damage.

A local tax (ABST) of 14% will be collected upon check in, if it has not been collected upon booking.

Our total cleaning fee is inclusive of both the cleaning fee and electricity fee.
